What does Oficina Studio do?
Oficina Studio builds custom software with artificial intelligence for companies that already have processes: internal applications and portals, integrations between the tools the company already uses, automation of repetitive work and support after delivery. It also offers AI mentoring and team training.
Where is it based and where does it work?
The head office is in Montijo, in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. In-person meetings take place on the Setúbal peninsula. The rest of Portugal and Europe is served remotely, in Portuguese and English.
Which companies is it right for?
Companies with defined processes and volume, where manual work, tools that don't talk to each other or a spreadsheet acting as a system already cost money every month. If an off-the-shelf tool solves it, we say so before quoting.
How long does a first system take?
A well-scoped automation flow is usually running within two to four weeks. A larger system is built in phases, with one part working as early as possible.
Who owns the code?
The code is yours, it lives in your repository, and the documentation is delivered with it. If you ever want to hand maintenance over to another team, you can.
How much does it cost?
