What distinguishes mentoring from training
Training is for a team and has a programme. Mentoring is for one person and has a problem. If what you are looking for is to get several people working with AI, see team training.
What we work on
On what your company has on its hands. It may be deciding whether it is worth automating the handling of requests, assessing two supplier proposals, or getting a first agent working with real data. The criterion is simple: at the end there has to be something working or a well-founded decision made.
What we are always asked
How many sessions are there and how much does it cost?
It depends on the problem. We agree it after the first conversation, in writing, before starting. We do not publish a fixed package because we do not have one.
Do I need to know how to program?
No. The mentoring adapts to those who decide and to those who build. With a technical person we go into the code; with someone who manages, we go into the criteria and the decisions.
Which languages is it held in?
In Portuguese or in English.
